Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, inquiry topic, and message. Relocation forms also collect the move details you enter. Calculator results are included only if you choose to share them.
Inquiry source and purpose
Each inquiry includes the submitting page's address and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in that address. Other query parameters and fragments are excluded. We use this information to respond, direct your inquiry to the appropriate team, and understand which links bring inquiries.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud and accessible through the restricted admin inbox. Notification emails are delivered through Lovable's email infrastructure and Mailgun. Hosting providers may process technical access information to operate and protect the site. Information relevant to your request may be shared with the venture team you ask to work with.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are not currently enabled by this site's code. The site does not send form details or customer matching identifiers to Google or Meta. If analytics or advertising tracking is added later, this notice and any required consent choices must be updated before it begins.
Your choices
You can browse and use the calculators without submitting an inquiry. Calculations happen in your browser. To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, or to withdraw permission for further contact, contact Heath using the details below. Information may be retained as necessary for the inquiry and applicable legal obligations.
